There're 30 Brokerage Houses. FORE is covered by 14 of them.

From those 14:
3 recommend STRONG BUY (cannot upgrade higher),
5 say BUY (could upgrade to STRONG BUY),
6 blurb HOLD (could upgrade to BUY or STRONG BUY).

Also 16 other brokerages can initiate coverage with any rate.
Of course they will pick STRONG BUY :)
