If you are so inclined to line up to litigate against a PR firm such as Future SuperStock, then you best hope the wind is at your back. If you had performed your own DD on the company you might not have bought the stock. Just take your lumps from it and move on and next time your a little smarter. BTW I also was sucked in by the PR... Still holding at least till Y/E for the write off if I need one.
