David, A question regarding your last post where you mention that NT has really exploded in terms of number of help wanted ads. Certainly NT is really taking off, and NT experts are in demand. But how many of those 2%-->17% NT help wanted ads were actually looking for NT programmers to do RTOS work using NT, versus how many of those NT ads were just looking for NT programmers to do more "standard" NT work that doesn't have anything to do with RTOS? Or even maybe some of the ads were just looking for RTOS programmers and they just threw in "yeah, it'd be nice if you knew NT as well". I'm not really attempting to dispute your post so much as understand it. I must admit that I don't know enough about the low-levels of an RTOS to know whether CE or NT or whatever can provide competition for WIND. However, I'm surprised to find NT in your list as part of the RTOS world. Jim
