Rob,

I don't see any problem with this plan. As far as # of shares are concerned I don't even think that is an issue. They can perform a stock buyback when they are actually up and running with a cash flow and no debt but we are way ahead of ourselves here. Right now we are concerned with saving the company. Would you like me to get in touch with Dale Runyon to see if we can get his support? I already know that he is in contact with IPM management.
