As I mentioned in a prior post, additional INCE and NPCT threads have been started on Raging Bull. Here are two very recent posts that someone just emailed me only monents ago.

True, or not true? We will see.

If true, it won't be the first time they've arranged for financing, and squandered it away. History shows the more they raise, the higher SG&A expenses climb in subsequent quarters. I hope that the past is left in the past, and this time it's different...but I'm not betting another penny on it!

I just got word from Paul Metzinger that the financing has been completed and that there will be a news release out after the bell today.

I pray to God, the same one we all seem to believe in, that the financing is not discounted convertibles (perferred shares). And I pray it's the full amount needed, and not the piecemeal financing Sigma 7 received from William Scott & Co.

Interesting that an individual investor would be given details of corporate financing, and make a public announcement during the trading day (prior to the news being announced)...... doesn't sound very ethical, on either parties part....but I assume no one would actually trade on such information, as that would be illegal.
