It would also surprise me that they did not sophisticated enough decision support software that they use internally for management analysis. You could even une an "off the shelf" spreadsheet or database program for a less slick approach. Looking at the history of company communications (and I grant it appears to be improving) there is a clear pattern of minimal disclosure. For substantiation, all you have to do is pick 10 exchange listed companies (even small caps) and look at their qtrly & yearly rpts. Neither arrogant nor clueless, Scott (someone with actual experience in writing decision support software using 1980s technology))
