Tom I understand that the meeting hasnt even started yet and there have two recesses already. From the sketchy news I have, it appears that a bunch of shareholders messed up their proxies and are unable to vote their shares, because they didnt follow directions. there is some talk that the AGM may be cancelled or postponed. Mark this is all very sketchy so take it for what its worth.
