Trump, No it is not. If I remember my government class from high school correctly (20 years ago!), the senate's bill is only one version. The house has to put forth its version, the two bills need to go to committe to reconcile differences, revote, and submit to the president for signing. Then AND ONLY THEN, does it become law. The bill is little more than lip service. The Justice Department has intimated that it would be difficult to enforce, and they have no intention of prosecuting gamblers. In terms of its effect on GLOW, other than creating a temporary buying opportunity, it really has no impact. The United States Government has absolutely no control over the sovereignty of the Government of Dominica. GO BIG RED!!
