What's so beautiful about it???? if i could buy aret off the low bid today (.0155) and sell @ teh current high (.017), then it would truly be beautiful, but to acquire a co for 2MM in pfd. stk, 200M in restricted stock, and forgiveness of indebtness (this I really want to know about) does this seem wise. For a co. with no $, all these mergers & acquistions seem to be sending up r3eede flags, doncha think?!?!
