Still looking to buy storage for my music. I just noticed at FRY's that CD-R re-recordables CDs are out, and selling like hot-cakes. For about $400 (and getting cheaper everyday, because of competion), I can get a CD-R, with disks selling for about $8. I don't know why I would want to buy a Jazz drive over CD-R. With CD-R, I can make audio disks to play in my stereo, as well storage disks for hard disk backup. I mentioned this scenario about a couple months ago, but at that time CD-R was not out yet and nobody took it seriously. Can anyone here convince me to buy Jazz over CD-R? Could this be the Iomega killer?
