James, both of these contracts (NIH & NY) are small and MD (not ZIT) is responsible for the actual conversion work. We have heard before that MD performed well on small contracts (AMC) ... but they never seem to get any follow-on work. Hmmm ... Maybe ZIT can even deliver on one small contract ... but their history speaks for itself. BTW, with a market cap of $130M, ZIT needs 100s of these small contracts. ZIT continues to be one of the best shorts. Regards, Bill
