A good buy. You guys keep on selling and I will keep buying on lows like I have the last 10yrs. One of these days I might lose some money but until I do I'm long on CA until I make 25% on my money again. As mentioned, CA goes through this on an average of 2 times a year. Its a no BRAINER!!!!
