Had taken a brief look into Baron and thought it was interesting, but haven't as of yet looked at or at least done any DD on PSM. Will take a peek. Is the 310,000 one bid or many and do you have any idea how long it has been there. Sometimes you see bids of that sort of size sitting at a specific level outside of the normal trading range and it is often insiders etc. sucking the shares back in cheap.
