Gary,

Nasdaq has various criteria for qualification for listing on the National Market System. It is based on various combinations of such things as operating results, balance sheet, and "being public" criteria (total market value, value of public float, the number of market makers, the number of round-lot shareholders, etc.).

While I cannot comment on my expectations for go2net being approved for inclusion on the Nasdaq National Market System, I will tell you that we have recently applied to be considered for such a listing.
