Look again: (Heb 1:3 NIV) The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. (Heb 8:1 NIV) The point of what we are saying is this: We do have such a high priest, who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven, sitting down is important because Jewish priest never sat down in the tabernacle,because their work was never finished, is that correct?wouldn't that make Christ work complete if He sat down? This "sitting" is said more than once in Hebrews. Now you want to say that Christs work is NOT done? If scripture says it is done, then I would have to agree. It is true, we are the Body of Christ. Through no other One can we be saved. The word also says there is one Body. So why do you say we cannot be "spiritual Israel" ? dan
