Zeev has a good point regarding legalities. Zeev, could you expound your views on how to pursue our goals through conventional legal channels? Thanks Supposing the court would base a decision based on the will of the creditors, I agree in principal with Chuck that the creditors couldn't give a rats ass where the money is coming from. As long as it can be shown they will get an acceptable % of their money in a timely fashion, they will agree to any proposition. Can someone answer a question for me? As I'm Canadian I am unclear on U.S. bankruptcy protection for public companies. Q - Would the voluntary filings by IPM for CH11 be available as public record or only to outstanding creditors? Man is it hot. I'm off to the lake with the kids and will try to check back later tonight. TIA to all for the responses.
