FROM SMARTMONEY-Shares of the chip equipment maker fell after Adams Harkness analyst
Fred Wolf lowered his estimates for the company in reaction to its
dismal earnings report last week. Wolf cut his 1998 earnings estimate to
$1.42 a share from $2.12. He slashed 1999's number to 90 cents from
$2.70. Despite the cuts, Adams Harkness kept its Market Perform rating
on the stock.
