I haven't been able to find any downgrade, either. Perhaps it's just another example of "you can't believe everything you read on a chat board."

Did you see the hit ASMLF took after their press release? UTEK certainly fared much better. Either Art did a very good job of selling UTEK, or nearly all of the "weak hands" have already sold.
