Dear Lou,

First off your second post is not the same as your first post. You have changed your original statement and time frames (it was only 2 or 3 quarters before). I certainly understand some space for startup and earnings, especially for DCI UK. I also am not as negative as you indicate but loans and company debt are another option versus dilution to the shareholder are they not? Also isn't the loan rate currently very low in the US Banking Industry. Are you saying a company can not get financing any other way then private placement with the rich and/or dilution????? As for the converts, I know only what I can read in black and white in the Annual Report. If there is more to be known, I would only have access to it via the Edgar filings or the annual report and I didn't see any other details.

I remain hopeful and I understand THE BIG DCTC PLAN, however, I would just love not to have to count on it to have made a good investment decision.
