Kent, did you sell short at 51 3/4, or buy? Geez, I hope it was a buy. Darren has had some great calls, but his ASND calls have been less than stellar (sorry Darren).
Actually, I would hope that no one ever trades off my calls mainly due to the fact that their strategy differs from mine. In that example where I had the B/SS written down last night, I'm looking for 1/4 to 1/2 point and then I'm looking to follow the momentum until I get bored and move to another stock. Also, you cannot front-run the calls because they are set based on pivot points, not today's trading. One of the reasons I can trade this way is because I can get in and out without losing more than an 1/8th.
Besides the fact that Gary is right. I'm like 2 for 6 on ASND calls, which is ironic, because this week I was 10/12 on Mon, 9/10 on Tue, 5/7 on Wed, 6/6 on Thu and 11/12 today, before ASND hit, so either 11/13 or 12/13 depending on whether it went >1/4 past the pivot...
Just checked it. Sure enough, ASND bounced right off the price. Now I really hope you didn't SS. |
