I have a question for all you guys, I am in search of OTC investors opinions.

If you had a choice between an OTC stock,

A preferred issue stock with a higher book value, cumulative divs, and less out standing shares... or more active common stock with less of a book, and more outstanding which would be your preference if you were going to invest?

This may seem like an overly simple question long term vs short term. But I am curious about what is making the true OTC investors tick, not the hypsters and day traders.
