Board members by LAW can only be paid $50 per year Yes, that's fifty dollars folks. My brother owns a corporation. He has friends @ Cisco, Airtouch & Sun. He could very well pay them 50 bucks and claim that Cisco, Airtouch & Sun are on his BOD. But if there is conflict of interest, that won't work. I don't know exactly what kind of deal DVNTF has with MSFT and NSCP, but it very well could be a smoke and mirror deal. As far as technology is concerned, don't know how good it is. However, the HP PKI architect told me that it is interesting and does have a niche. But he has no use for it for HP's PKI project. Looks like wireless devices is where DVNTF is headed. DVNTF is not a VRSN, it's different.
