Hello Mark,

Nice surprise to hear from you. Thought you bailed back when we were below $10.

I agree with the points made by Bosco regarding stock price. $14 is a significant hurdle. A couple/few weeks back we had a gap up on one morning to $14. I think the previous close was $13 and the close that day was below $13, so we drifted back below the previous close after a great start in the morning. I really thought we were going to be off to the races back then. This was back when Granville made positive comments. If we can fill that gap and go beyond, I think that $16 to $18 range can easily be achieved by the end of the year. I personally will have a tough time selling anywhere south of $20. Probably at least another year before we could get there. However, Brite has surprised me more than once in the past.

We do need to keep an eye on the cost of sales as you and Bosco pointed out. Gergacz did say that Europe has held things back, but he sounded encouraged about the Cellnet deal and the new management team. I liked the sound of that as this kind of statement can lead to upgrades and estimate increases. He has really done a great deal to straighten out the slump at the end of Brannan's tenure. I think the company was outgrowing Brannan's leadership abilities, similar to Iomega outgrowing Kim Edwards. Gergacz is the man!

Great action today. Let's hope it continues. Go BVSI!
