Linda,

I can't believe what I have been hearing from you and others. I have been a Web Street Customer for almost six months now. I actively trade about three days a week and do about twenty trades. Not once have I ever had a problem with any of there representatives. They have always been polite, helpful and always have resolved any of my needs. I have never had problems with confirmations or executions. My balance screen which was a problem that I experienced, appears to have been corrected. When you consider other online firms with day old account info, I don't see this as a big deal compared to the advantages that web street offers.

The only other problem was with a market maker that did not represent my order properly, when I called Web Street they resolved the problem quickly. I have been filled numerous times between the spread because of their quick execution, their commissions are great and the customer service has been some of the best I have experienced with an on-line firm. So when I hear you say they just don't care, I can't believe your trading with the same web street I am. I would suggest that anyone interested in opening an account with Web Street should give their customer service a call.
