I'm long TAVA (far too long in retrospect) and still think the company has a very compelling story. But facts are facts, for the past several months TAVA management has consistently dissapointed. Failing to timely release news when the stock was attempting to break out in the Spring, belatedly discarding its ridiculous rule of only releasing information about new agreements/customers every 45 days, completely dropping the ball on CNBC etc... There is only one thing that will reverse this slow, painful descent into the pink sheets (ok, a little hyperbolic I know) and that's EARNINGS. If TAVA beats estimates, it goes up. But if it misses estimates, it drops like a rock and it won't make a bit of difference if they say they've signed up the whole damn Fortune 500 as clients. Honestly, I don't think they'll make it which is why I unloaded a portion of my shares in June. I sure hope that I am wrong, though (please take comfort in the fact that I usually am).
