Dear rjbac, You define yourself as an investor, citing 20 years investing. I donOt disparage your experience. You surely learned a lot in that time, and the lessons werenOt cheap. But Golden Eagle is not an investment. It is speculation, so it shouldnOt surprise you that the temperament of this thread reflects a speculative outlook. Any investor owning shares of MINE should realize heOs switched hats and is not operating within restrictions normally applied in the selection of a Dow Jones stock. It is the nature of speculation to make financial decisions based on less than solid evidence before necessary proof is established, else it would be investing. Investors talk about buying low and selling high; speculators want to buy at ground floor. They donOt wait until facts are verified; they believe the assertions will be verified. Speculators come in two varieties when selling, short-term for quick run-up(s), and those in it for the big pop. Investors are cautiously optimistic. Speculators, once deciding to plunge, are profoundly optimistic. At the moment weOre at stalemate. Either your perception will be correct regarding MINE, or those who believe this is the opportunity of a lifetime cash in on their judgement. Time will tell. Bill Leahy
