Can someone clarify this financing deal with me I think folks should concentrate on this "lone" sentence in the release, especially the bold part!!: Intercell owns approximately 74% of Nanopierce Technologies, Inc. on a fully diluted basis prior to the financing Prior to? What is it after? It seems to me that STATEMENT says it all. After all, it is a INCE release and not a NPCT release. Please comment. Joe PTG&LI !!!
