I am not really up to speed about the O'Brien bankrupcy proceedings, I bought my shares after conversion to NRGG. I think it might have a little more to do with how NSP treats profits from the regulated vs. non-regulated portions of its buisness, than in trying to help out the O'Brien shareholders. Anyway, I am convinced this company has great potential. The job of building and operating generation facilities will not be done by the regulated utilities in the near future. As in the breakup of the telephone industry, the players that hit the ground running will do the best. I am familiar with NSP and NRG and can assure you they are extremely competent, experienced and reputable in the power generation arena. This experience will be a tremendous asset for NRGG.
