Chuck and Rob & Zeev and Alan and Doug and Paunch And ALL- Anne - Your threat is being reactivated, can you post a hello at least?: I think that the CANADIAN courts control the bankrupcy because IPM is a Canadian Corporation. From management info circular as of May 13, 1997..." has fixed May 12,1997 ..voting shares.....entitled to receive notice as of the meeting . in accordance with the provisions of the Business Corporations Act ( Ontario) (the "ACT") the Corporation will prepare a list of shareholders as at the Record Date."
I think we better send a list of all holders as of a May date or todays date to said Commisssion and see if this part of the Law of The Montys is not OVERLOOKED, as it may well have been. Why, because ...US Courts and Canadian Courts are DIFFERENT..why does that matter...the Chapter 11 was filed in USA..but ..I will re scrape...WHY?
