John, the last I heard, the parliament decided to stay in session for as long as it took to pass their agenda, even if it takes until December 31. This is a new, unexpected concept, but it is important to them because of the importance of their agenda to the country. Both left and right agree that reform is absolutely essential and have seemed to have called a truce while they work on it. This meant that the legislation that we had all been waiting for and expected to have passed by June 30 has been postponed to some unknown time. Unfortunately for us, time is of the essence, whereas the Turkish legislators have decided to take their sweet time and carefully and slowly consider and debate.
