Eric, We are obviously not on the same wavelength. DCI UK and Cyberfax are generating revenue but are not at levels expected on this board. I'm not holding my breath waiting out a buyout either verified by the fact that I've been in this one 2.5 years. As to financing, you can't walk into a bank and ask for a 10 to 100 million dollar loan with handfuls of stock as collateral. The banks are not in position to accomodate that type loan for a company the size of DCI. Now that we are at 100 mil in run rate revs, those possibilities open somewhat but it won't be through the local bank. I would dearly love to end all dilution and pay cash for all future deals but that just isn't a fact of life at this time. Hope this clears up my position. Lou
