Looks like the PMRX deal is done and not that great for us shareholders. JD's advice is to "sell half if the stock hits 12 or 13 bucks a share" because of the uncertainty. Doesn't sound like the same vote of confidence he's been articulating for the past 18 months or so to me, or did I miss something in the Hotline call tonight?

Reading between the lines is tougher when the lines are blurry.
