According to the Bloomberg news service (http://quote.bloomberg.com), H.C. Wainwright raised its rating on PTUS from "hold" to "accumulate" today. The 12 month target price is $9/share. However, NationsBanc Montgomery Securities reiterated its "hold" rating.
