Does anyone understand the rationale behind buying Starlight? There appears to be little or no synergy between the two productlines. Could there be that many customers who need to record and then playback a videoconference?

At first blush there might be some synergy between ip-based videoconferencing and streaming video but not much since they even use different compression techniques and have vastly different latency requirements.

I hope they don't pay too much.
