Jack, but I did make such forecasts, both on the Asia thread and on the Golddigger, the turnips said early in June that an early summer rally will erupt taking the Dow and the Naz to new highs. The last four days were IMHO, Mana from heaven, this event allows lengthening of this rally further. When was the last time you had four consecutive days were the tick went lower than -1000? At markets' bottom.
Gold and oil, for the time being, IMHO, are still dead, deflation in commodities was declared valid again, IMHO, when the CRB broke 208 yesterday.
As for following, I think it is mostly due to the turnips' general musing (like yours) about the markets in general and not specific stocks.
