Yes, but the deal was good to the share holders. That's all I look at.
Being bought out was the best thing that could happen to Maxtor. It
was not gaining any market share. Their name is not a household name.
They were looking at Bankrupcy. How long can a company continue to lose
money and keep getting their credit rating lowered. they Were not going
to survive.
