Juli,

The press release has to mention INCE because it does have a
large interest in NPCT. Yes the financing was not able to be
done with PI in the INCE share structure so it was put into
NPCT and yes it was Pauls wifes company and yes it made sense
and YES he now has some cash to work with and yes he will move
forward with Gil to build both companies.
