Insiders have been buying heavily at around $22/share a month or so ago. I believe at least one VP or Dir. bought 10k shares. This is a good clue that things may turn up for the better soon. This insider activity has been reported by the SF Cronicle among other places. On the other hand, ADSK's revenue has been declining in the last 3 quarters - usually a bad sign in a fast-growing software industry, and one that Autodesk never explained clearly Felix
