I'm still looking for facts. I don't doubt that you have found a David in AZ. I am sure you have, but I don't know that David. And he certainly isn't the David Smith(Isaacs) on this thread. I am not hiding under any cloak.

Do you think we would be this way if you could produce real proof of damages, wrong doing? You presented an agreement that I'm sure is/was the true agreement. But that doesn't appear to be the reason for the cancellation. But again, that is not for us to discuss here. It is a matter for a trier of fact to decide.
At this point, it really doesn't matter who's right or wrong. And you certainly aren't winning points for your side.
