Had a call back from the company today. Actually was the geologist who called me. He's quite upset with the share price but impressed with the new board and their plans. Since he felt the price never should have dropped below 25 or 30 cents his views on the crash in price is that obviously anything can happen in this marketplace.

His comment on the abandon property was that not a lot of dollars was spent on it except for trying to get everybodies signature on approval to mine (3 villages where involved) and although it look possible to get signatures it was time for the company to put up substantial dollars without a guaranteed deal for mining title. His opinion is that the Indonesian property is clearly understood and relatively small dollars, about US$65,000 will provide enough drill results to propell the company back on the road to prosperity. The Plata silver prospect is too good to not eventually put dollars in the company and if Kinross ever get working to pick up the Cyrus j.v. value could be shown this year from their exploration. If Kinross fail to explore and do work this year (and he said they are almost impossible to get a hold of and obtain commitment from) the full interest in the property will revert to APG.

His view of the up to 15 for 1 share transaction is that the new directors feel that in the current market investment can only be obtained for a company with a low number of shares outstanding and valued at more than $1.00. I really don't know enough about the market to agree or disagree with this but the new directors are absolutely convinced that this is the only way to go.

Given the over $9,000,000 value of properties carried on the companies books and 16,000,000 million shares outstanding it boggles my mind that the market values shares currently at 4 cents thats saying the properties are worth only $640,000. I'd think the Yukon property alone is worth this kind of money.

My broker still feels this is an oversold situation which he's seen before and advises to wait it out. In the meantime once again I averaged down buying at 4 cents today.
