CIMA, I will ask all these questions you have provided plus a few more. CIMA, do you think you can get a contact name or department from Sabrina or Guy? Perhaps Guy can respond here with contact information. I will call BD from scratch if you like, I usually conference with my husband so that two of us can hear what is said and agree on the interpretation of the conversation. If posters question my accuracy when relating telephone conversations, I smile.
