Gary: <--It's times like this that cool heads prevail--> If one were to gather stats and develop a profile for 'cool heads' 80% of the following traits might be common to each one: 1. Been in the market for quite a while and knows the important things about her/his stocks. Does not clutter up her/his mind with nice to know stock info. 2. Makes similar decisions at work on limited facts and sticks by them. 3. Not one of those typical slow drivers that you come up on. 4. Walks fast down the hallways at work and passes fellow employees. 5. Has a bit of the 'go for it' attitude. 5. Downhill skis, rides a motorcycle, or some other such sport. 6. Is percentage wise way too heavy in stocks for her/his age group. 7. Does not rely on a broker or others for the 'ultimate' decision to stay with a stock. Uses such info as yet one more input to consider. Anybody agree? Disagree? Got any other traits you would like to contribute? Don
