Chad you simply don't get it.... wake up. If you think this is any different from the exact same type of financing that sank INCE the firs time around I have some underwater property in Russia I'd love to sell ya.... come on, can one person be that thickheaded? Read the press release again... Paul has sold the soul of the company AGAIN. Discounted convertible preferred shares are a death trap for every company that uses that form of financing. How the heck do you think INCE got into the position of having 40+ million shares outstanding in the first place????? Any idea? Any at all? Discounted convertible preferred financing... Series B and Series C shares......! For God's sake wake up and smell the coffee. I agree with Joe Copia that it is extremely likely that INCE, not NPCT will pay the price for this package (any one shocked by that?). I wonder what percentage of NPCT INCE will own after the money hits Paul's pocketbook? The bottom line remains.... when will INCE shareholders get actual shares of NPCT? Ever? It seems to me that Paul is doing everything he can to make a solid case for an SEC investigation... in my opinion, which I am more than entitled to. This is just one more disastrous management decision heaped on top of several other identically horrible management decisions. And the newbies just think its great! Unbelievable. Good grief Charlie Brown...next they'll be saying the tooth fairy is real.
