chum,

I was interested in phmx a while back.. I'm a technical
trader and my new data service does not include
data on this particular stock.. So, I will be of no help
here. Yes, at these levels it must be value. But I
thought so at 13.00 and was stopped out.. Rather
disapointing to say the least. So, good luck!!
