There are lawyers and then there are lawyers....IMO BD would not be jumping into this if they thought GE was guilty of fraud. First class firms that want to maintain a first class image do NOT mix it up with trash. "A" lawyer might, someone will always take the case, but not BD IMO.

Colleen, I will still contend that when it comes to a big project like 3rd party verification, which does not have a known outcome, BD would take the job regardless, because it is not a black eye to them to do this kind of job. However, to help defend GE against fraud charges, where BD has likely already reviewed all the info to date and knows the likely outcome....well, I think BD would say "no" if they thought GE was going down.
