NT is big on this 1.5 mbps over power. There are physics problems that NT is not making known. There are switching problems. There are local loop application problems. Mostly the problem is that utilities don't know how to run a network regardless of the size of the internal net they have. It's quite a different thing to compete and be profitable in the open market especially when you have PUCs no longer protecting you from profitability as they fruitlessly try to protect the public from ghosts.
