Well, I agree that spam itself is a warning sign, but I mentioned disregarding that for the moment. Pretend it never happened. By the numbers, I think think the company has too little cash. I don't like its volatility range since IPO'ing in May of this year. And the book value relative to share price makes me uncomfortable. Am I in left field or are my concerns legit?

It would be educational to ignore the spam, look at it like we just discovered it on our own, and see what the red flags are. I think that would help people learn a little bit more about how seasoned veterans (which I am not) approach their DD. Not an exhaustive exercise, mind you, because that's too much time for a stock I really wouldn't consider. At a glance though, share what you do first, what do you see and what do you like or not.
