referring to the latest favourable ruling from Indiana, my comment is that one day, everybody will wake up and see that tobacco suitors have a tougher life these days and that legal and settlement costs for MO & other tobacco cos. will decline and profits will be impacted positively and stock prices will go higher, much higher I'm sure.

I think the trend of positive court rulings in the last few months is definitely upon us, but WS and the public by and large is still in denial which is good for us allowing to keep accumulating MO at these most attractive prices.
