If I interpret your posting correctly, then PLSIA (like many others) was NASDAQ listed before the listing criteria changed and was grandfathered despite not meeting the changed criteria? But that once de-listed, they would have to follow the new criteria in order to get back in? (By changed and new criteria, I mean things like independent board, etc.) JSb.
