Walter, which company offered $6/share for Ancor? As far as I know, while $6/share appears to be quite a low price based upon prospects, there is no information released by the Company, or by any third party confirming an offer to purchase Ancor, or the price. If I am wrong about that and behind the news curve, please share the details of the buyout with us as to identity of the prospective purchaser, the price offered, any counteroffer by Ancor (either as to a complete buyout or an equity investment), and when precisely this happened.
